Order Issues & Cancellations

  • In-Progress Orders: Once an order is placed and is "In-Progress" or "Pending," it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • System Errors: If an order fails due to a system error on our end, the cost of that order will be automatically credited back to your panel balance.

  • Incorrect Links: If you provide an incorrect link or your account is set to "Private," the order may be marked as "Completed" by the system without delivery. In such cases, we are not obligated to offer a refund.

Disputes and Chargebacks

  • You agree that you will not file a dispute or chargeback for any reason.

  • If you file a dispute or chargeback against us, we reserve the right to terminate your account, wipe your current balance, and permanently ban your IP address from our services.

Delivery & Refills

  • Refunds are not issued for "drops" (loss of followers/likes) after the service is delivered unless the service specifically includes a Refill Guarantee.

  • Refills are processed based on the "Start Count" and "Current Count" of the order.
